Last weekend, we helped co-curate a next-generation wellbeing and educational experience that lifted the tide for 70 incredible New Zealand founders at the Powermoves Founders Retreat 2022. We started with a morning cold immersion in the Auckland Viaduct Harbour, followed by specialty adaptogens and setting each attendee up with an advanced technology wearable to help them understand their mind and body (in real-time) throughout the weekend. Together with our private chef, we also designed a whole weekend of nutrition to ensure everyone (regardless of food requirements) had absolute clarity of mind and abundant energy to enhance their experience and promote deep connection with others.
