We are SUPER stoked to introduce Sasha to the Taylored community. She is our resident ray of sunshine and epic movement specialist.

Sasha has a Bachelor degree in Health, Sport and Human Performance Science and she's currently working towards her Masters in Sport and Exercise Science with a Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Exercise Physiology at Wintec. She loves strength and conditioning coaching which has led her down the path of injury prevention and rehab.

Sasha has always loved coaching, teaching skills and sharing knowledge with people as she has coached many sports when she was younger. Sasha loves learning about sports science and is always looking to improve her skills in CEP and coaching which is why she cannot what to learn from and work with a team of other passionate and talented specialists to help others improve all areas of their wellbeing.

It gives us great pleasure to introduce to you one of our newest (but incredibly experienced) movement specialist, Gary!

Gary studied BSc Sports Science at the University of Johannesburg and a BHSc (Hons) Biokinetics at the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa.

In South Africa, Gary founded and was the owner of Biokineticist, a private practice for 8 years, working with conditioning and injury prevention for professional athletes, musculoskeletal injury rehabilitation, neuromuscular rehabilitation and exercise for chronic diseases.

He is currently undertaking a Masters of Science, Human Performance Science at the Waikato Institute of Technology.

Gary is passionate about healthy active lifestyles, sports and competing, and therefore loves to help people progress their physical abilities to achieve more, including overcoming psychological barriers to their progression.

He is empathetic, warm and patient with his clients and deeply enjoys bringing about these vital progression phases.
