Last night at Havelock North Intermediate,

Jonathan and Desiree had the privilege to present to teachers & coaches, teaching them awareness and why it’s important to know about Brain Injury in order to protect and prevent harm for our Tamaraki in the community.

Last Friday, we had our Concussion Wise Programme at Kereru School! 🧠

What is the Concussion Wise Programme?

We deliver our Concussion Wise Programme to local primary and intermediate schools.
We deliver the sessions with a 30/45 minute interactive presentation, including games and activities, to share
our concussion wise message.
Children are taught how the brain works, what is a brain
injury, what this might feel like, and what we need to do about it.

We are grateful for the support of Stortford Lodge Rotary, First Light Community Foundation and Pub Charity Limited for making this programme possible. If you know of a school that might like to host our ConcussionWise program, please get in touch with Lou at [email protected]

We have had the privilege to facilitate at on May 1 & May 2 presenting to Lindisfarne College, Karamu High School and Hastings Christian School.

Last week from May 6 till May 10, we have been working alongside Seth at the Hawkes Bay Youth Road Safety Expo.
