We’ve been very MIA here lately but with our radio silence we have definitely made an epic comeback 👊🏼 with a brand new dish for you all to try starting WEDNESDAY!

🇵🇭 Crispy Tadyang (Ribs) 🍖 with Manong sauce

I know I say this every time but Aldrin really did knock this out of the park 🙌🏻 & all our team totally agree 💯 so much so that we ate all our prep for the launch of it last week 😅 that we will need an extra day tomorrow to prepare again for the offical release on the 24th!

Taking influence from no other than the street food vendors of the Philippines 🇵🇭 this dish has the secret sauce to everything your taste buds crave for…
Sour, Sweet, Salty & a little bit Spicy 🌶️

Crispy Tadyang (Fried Pork Ribs) glazed with Manong sauce (sticky sweet & sour sauce) served over a butternut squash purée with fried Kamote (Kūmara) topped with fresh coriander

I have know idea 💡 how Aldrins brain keeps coming up with all these amazing dishes but let me tell you it’s my favourite one yet 🤤

We’ve had a few messages asking if we are extending our pop up on the North Shore, so I thought I’d put up a little post here to say unfortunately no we won’t be.

Food truck season has also ended now that we are in peak Winter ❄️ weather, so the only place you can catch us is at our Huapai HQ.

I’m sure now that we’ll be staying in one place for a month Aldrin & the crew will begin getting creative in the kitchen and doing some amazing specials again!

With a few fun Pop kitchens we have lined up for the winter season we are looking for TWO ✌🏼motivated, reliable, team members with a good work ethic to join in on the fun! We’re on the hunt for a new Chef de Partie & a kitchen hand to join our amazing close knit work family

We’re sending the call-out 📣 to all ✨Hospo superstars✨ as these two roles are made up of many varying responsibilities including Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes as well as assisting the rest of the kitchen team in weekly deep cleaning duties. We expect everyone to be good team players and you may be asked to assist in various tasks so you definitely won’t get bored as there will always be something to get stuck in to!

Hours of work will be mostly PM shifts from 12pm - 9pm most days, Tuesday - Saturday. Some flexibility is ideal for cover on days when others need time off however since we do close two days a week that does mean your guaranteed set days off!

Previous experience is beneficial, strong work ethic, good communication skills and a sense of urgency are essential
