Let’s talk light 💡

Your makeup artist will often request a space near a window (natural light) to get you and your bridal party ready. Why? Natural sunlight provides the most accurate reflection of your face. Natural light is the most ideal, as that’s how you would be seen in real life.

All the photos in this post are same person, same day. But as you can see the one taken in front of the window looks a lot softer and less harsh than the one taken with no natural light and a ring light.

So when your makeup artist asks for natural light, give them the biggest brightest window 😉
