At Fantail Services Limited we provide outstanding support to the HVAC and Electrical industry. Due to growth in our team, we are looking for a part-time Office Assistant for around 20 hours per week ideally 9.30am to 2pm but this is negotiable.

The role is on-site at our head office in Lower Hutt and will report to the Managing Director. Tasks will include booking in training for the team at our various providers, maintaining a stock of uniform, health and safety PPE, managing our vehicle fleet, phone accounts, etc. All of these are essential to the smooth operation of our company.

You need the following qualifications:
* Excellent English, both written and verbal
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Experience in customer service
* Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Office experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
* Knowledge of the industry is a plus

The successful person will present themselves professionally, be self-motivated, efficient, have great attention to detail and a positive attitude.
