Alongside the development in Upper Hutt we were also privileged with the task to complete this development in Taita for Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities.

2 x two storey duplexes & 1 x two storey stand alone, providing 5 more beautiful homely homes for families in our community. The little touches like the lemon trees already producing fruit just finish these homes off 🥰 We couldn't be prouder to be handing the keys over to Kainga Ora ready for new tenants to enjoy.

The team stopped for a well deserved feed, gratefully put on by CARTERS Building Supplies at our latest Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities development in Taita.

We are proud to have completed this lovely accessible home for Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities in Upper Hutt.

The elderly tenants live in a house on the front of the property and have watched the progress of the space behind their current home being subdivided and transformed into what will be, their lovely, new, accessible home.

They are in awe, and chatted to us along the way during the build, we are so pleased to have been a part of their journey into their new home, much more suitable to their needs. 😍

Excited to hand over the keys to this lovely, newly built, two bedroom home in Upper Hutt for Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities.

Again, we thank our wider team of trades for their involvement in making this a home tenants will be proud of. 🏠🔑

RFC getting the mahi done! ✅

Here’s some of the team from Rhys Finlay Construction hard at work renovating one of our public houses in Lower Hutt.

By the end of June this year we’ll have completed the renovations of over 2300 old state homes – Rhys Finlay and his team are one of the many build partners we work with throughout Aotearoa to achieve this mahi.

Exciting project to be a part of 🚛🏠🏠🏠🏠

Choo choo! 🚂 House train coming through. These four homes are making their way to sites in Trentham, Upper Hutt in preparation for whānau to move in.

Three of these homes were built by Whitireia and WelTec - Te Pūkenga carpentry students for Kāinga Ora. Through this partnership, students not only gain real world skills but also help to improve the lives of those in their communities.

And the fourth home (pictured on the right) is being relocated as part of our waste minimisation programme. This initiative prioritises house relocation over demolition, helping give our suitable older homes a new lease on life. After being retrofitted, this three-bedroom whare will be ready for customers to enjoy.

We were humbled to take part in a blessing by Kongo Reriti (Te Āti Awa) and the turning of the sod this morning at our latest site in Naenae.

We are developing the site for Kāinga Ora and will place two Whitireia & WelTec pre-built homes designed by Architecture Cubed on the site.

An exciting project to be a part of resulting in some lovely new homes for our community.

A pretty exciting opportunity for a local junior football club we sponsor Stokes Valley Junior Football.

Nelson St, Petone is now completed and we are absolutely over the moon with the transformation.
