Bircher muesli is so easy - throw together some oats, coconut, nuts and seeds, some chia seeds or linseed, add a grated apple & raisins mix in some fruit juice or milk of choice, yoghurt and a drizzle of honey and pop in the fridge overnight. All you have to do in the morning is dish up and add some fruit and yoghurt - how easy is that?
