Sentinel Rock Old World Gin:
This classic gin in traditional botanicals of juniper berry and coriander seed. These classic ingredients are underpinned by complex’s aromatics of cinnamon quill, citrus peel and cardamom delivering fruity complexity in this hugely aromatic and oily spirit. This gin forms legs in your glass when sipped straight or blends beautifully with your favourite tonic. Mokohinau New Zealand Gin, An innovative New Zealand gin infused with preparation of locally sourced, steep-mascaraed ingredients. Juniper and coriander seeds are layered with local Kawakawa to drive on aromatic spearmint character. Pine needles are balanced by sustainable NZ kelp while citrus peel, cinnamon quill and cardamom round out the palate creating a complete gin for sipping across ice. 🍊
