We can only accept returns under our returns policy if your machine is not in
100% working order. We will not refund if you have changed your mind or your situation has changed. Refunds - all refunds will be processed once parts have been returned, machines converted back to its original model. A 15% restocking fee will apply to any cancelled orders. We endeavour to process refunds on the 20th of that month. Please note this could take between 1-3months
