Super Healthy Pumpkin Soup ( needs little improvisation ) :
Pumpkin Soup makes a wonderful, hearty winter soup.
INGREDIENTS :
Olive oil
1 pumpkin chopped into pieces, 1 onion, garlic grilled in an oven for 40 mins on 200 degrees
Vegetable stock
Salt, Black Pepper, Cumin and Curry powder
Butter
Missing items : Garlic Bread , Seeds , Grated Fresh Ginger ( will add them next time )
