This knife is for frozen food or hard stuff like Pumpkin, the stuff not easy to cut with normal knife. The knife has coarse blade and nice and sharp so it will make easy to cut hard food. If you cut frozen food with normal knives then the blade will chipped off but this knife is made for frozen food.
