🩶This one is hard to believe it's sugar-free! The base is the raw lamington slice from Cookidoo ®️ the caramel filling is from my e- book......but I'm going to be kind and tell you it here. 🩶Into your Thermomix bowl measure 100g of Allulose sweetener (I get mine from @lowcarbhavennz) 🩶Add 250 g of cream (for dairy free use coconut cream) 🩶1 tsp vanilla extract and a pinch of sea salt Cook 30 mins/110°c/speed 3 with the simmering basket on top of the mixing bowl lid. 🩶When it has 30 seconds to go, add 50 g of your favourite nut butter (I use Thermomix made cashew butter) 🩶Pour over the raw lamington base, cool til firm, then follow the instructions for melted chocolate topping (I used @vitawerx white protein chocolate). Dark chocolate is nice, too, and dairy-free.
