What goes into creating recipes, writing and editing, and the trialing phase, especially when you have both Thermomix®️ and regular instructions, is quite time-consuming!
Most of these recipes were created back in the Sweet not Sugar days, but they took quite a bit of tweaking to get perfect for you to create in your own kitchens.
We are nearly there, guys! If you would like the first peek into what the 10 recipes are, let me know, and I'll message you the list.
The book will be $10NZ with both instructions, like usual.
We reckon you are gonna love them.
Our freezer is full of easy lunches for weeks to come with all the testing we have been doing!
I baked these beauty's this morning to make sure the instructions and weights are spot on!

I also need to add that all recipes are gluten and grain free, low carb, and contain dairy.

I'm here as your consultant as much or as little as you need me. Some of you will fly straight away, and others may need a bit of inspiration and guidance to get you going.
I'm always just a message away and will help you set up your machine and check in later down the track as well, if you want it!
I will definitely not bug you to host demos (unless you are one of my family members 🤣🤣🤣) or get you to introduce others to this machine. It usually just happens naturally!
The ball is in your court. You call the shots 🤍
I also need to add that Wendy's first dish in her Thermomix was the Murgh Makhani! That's a gutsy move.

These photos are not my own, but real pics from one of my lovely customers, Pat. It's only been two weeks since she purchased her Thermomix®️ but her and her husband have taken to it like pros!

I know buying a Thermomix®️ is a big purchase, and even I sometimes worry for you! What if they don't use it? What if they regret it. I can honestly hand on heart say that your Thermomix®️ is probably going to be one of the best purchases you make.
You have to use it, though! Please reach out if you aren't.

Like anything it can take a little learning to start with, but I promise it will make you spend less money and time in the long run, it will get you cooking from scratch, using better ingredients and take away the pain of having to think about what to make for dinner, with so many options at your fingertips.
But don't just take my word for it......
I am asking those of you who own a Thermomix®️ to pop in the comments what it is that you love about your Thermomix®️

I'll start with Pats reasons, which she kindly said I could share.

"We love our Thermi, it's so easy to use and everything is weighed all in one bowl, less mess! Petey loves it to make biscuits and cakes, and I love all the low-carb meals"

CHEESECAKE!

It's the easiest thing in the world to make low-carb, sugar-free, keto.

You rarely have to change much in the way of ingredients. It's usually just an easy switch from sugar to allulose.

I touched on my trick of switching the biscuits in the base for your favourite keto granola.

Again, it is such an easy thing to do.
You just whizz it up like you would the biscuits. It can be baked for a crisp base or left raw for a more fudgy texture.

If you want chocolate, add 2 tsp of cocoa!

I have tried this on lots of cheesecake recipes from cookidoo®️ The Frozen Mojito and the New Orleans style are two of my favs. I still have the Steamed White Chocolate Cheesecake on my list to make this week.

I have compiled a wee cookidoo®️ collection of cheesecake recipes this technique works with. If you would like it, let me know in the comments

This is the memory I woke up to see on my phone this morning from 12 years ago.
Firstly, man, camera phones were terrible back then! I remember thinking this was a good photo 😆
I reason I remember this day very clearly is because I had made the Opera cake and many other technically difficult cooking experiments as I had just heard back from Masterchef NZ that my audition had been excepted and I was off to the live auditions.
The other funny thing is that I was worried about eating butter 😆 for those who know me, you will know my love of butter! I actually believe it is a superfood now.
This photo took me straight back to a place in time, and it really did invoke a lot of memories. I can't believe how much I have changed and how much my life has changed in as little as 12 years. It has actually blown my mind. The feeling I have this morning is pride, I'm so pleased I stepped out of my comfort zone and took that first step, it was actually the first step unknown to me at the time, of creating a better life. I feel grateful and happy because the person before that step was neither of those things. Step out of comfort and see what happens ✨️

My Thermomix®️ business took me to a tiny coastal town today. In a few weeks time, it will be taking me to Bali!
The opportunities and connections that have come my way since signing up to do this thing that I thought was probably a bit cringy and sales-ee for me has actually been one of the coolest things ever. Today, I was reminded that it's about helping and connecting with people. The joy of creating delicious wholesome food is a skill for EVERYONE.
I am nearing my 200th Thermomix sale, and that blows my mind. Thanks for having me in your town today, and thanks to everyone who has opened their kitchen to me. Ps... I love seeing your food photos, so keep sending them my way x

This is what the top shelf of my fridge looks like these days, jars of things I have made from scratch, I can spot pesto, sugar-free strawberry jam, mayo, vege stock paste, sourdough starter, but what's that strange jar to the right?
It was my attempt at preserved oranges and probably needs to go in the bin.
What is the weirdest thing in your fridge right now?

If you guys have been watching my story lately, you would have noticed that I'm trying to add fermented and gut healing foods to my diet every day! This has been in the way of kimchi, sauerkraut, kefir, coconut and dairy yoghurt, bone broth, functional mushrooms, and I've been making collagen gummies. Also eating plenty of protein and vegetables. The other thing is Kombucha! I love a refreshing glass of this probitic drink, and Kombucha Bros is the best. It's real, made without any sweeteners added. It is just naturally low in sugar. The flavours are subtle because they are actual fruit, ginger, ect, not just 'natural flavours'- which if you are in the know, that doesn't mean what it sounds like. Anyway, the biggest difference aside from a few kilos I have lost, is my skin! It is the clearest it's been in ages and it just feels really good (this is me with no filter, just a little bit of make up- not bad skin for someone who is 47 I reckon)
If you want to try the Kombucha, there is a link below. You can use my code PWP for 15% off. You can make Kombucha yourself too, and Brandon from Kombucha Bros is the kind of guy that will even give you a scoby to get you started.http://www.kombuchabros.co.nz?afmc=1g

I love my cutter! It's an attachment that turns your Thermomix into a slicing and grating machine! I don't use it every day as the thermomix does a fantastic job of chopping on its own. However, it's great if you want to do a bulk lot of sliced veg or sauerkraut, salads for a crowd, etc. It's your free gift with purchase at the moment! It's worth $239, and yours absolutely free. Grab the deal here 👇

If you already own a Thermomix and want a heavily discounted cutter, you can host a demo. Send me a DM to organise this 😊

Not the most Photogenic of food! But this is how I've been eating for the last few weeks and it's always the fuel that keeps me feeling my best! Protein first, veg and ferments with some good quality dairy and fats in there too.
What food do you eat that makes you feel energized and satiated?

The sound was so bad on this live, but I'm sharing it anyway 😆 turn the volume down, and hopefully, you can learn something just from my actions. The recipe for the sugar-free layered Lamingtons is in the newest copy of the Thermomix everyday magazine.

For those of you interested in the Tiramisu basque cheesecake I made for Sam's birthday, this is the recipe I used and the changes I made to make it sugar-free.
Cookidoo®: Mini Basque cheesecakes (Dani Valent) https://cookidoo.com.au/recipes/recipe/en-AU/r815148
🤎I used the mini recipe but baked in a larger 20 cm round tin.
🤎I replaced the sugar for Allulose
🤎I left out the flour completely
🤎I added a strong espresso shot, or you could use 2 tsp of instant coffee dissolved in a little hot water.
FOR THE TOPPING
🤎Whip 100g of cream in the thermomix (there is a recipe for this, if you need the settings)
Cookidoo®: Whipped cream https://cookidoo.com.au/recipes/recipe/en-AU/r66925
🤎Remove the butterfly whisk and add 100g of mascarpone and 2 tbsp of Allulose.
🤎Blend for 10 seconds/speed 4
🤎Repeat if necessary.
🤎Spread topping over completely cooled cheesecake (I chilled mine overnight)
🤎Spinkle mascarpone topping with dark chocolate grated in the thermomix 10 seconds/ speed 9.5

Rich and decadent Chocolate Hazelnut slice.
The cool thing about the Thermomix is that you can make harder to find ingredients, like hazelnut butter yourself. I'm going to make this slice for my little family holiday this week, my kids always complained it was too rich for them....I'm going to do a few tweaks and see what I can come up with. Yes! Sometimes, I tweak my own recipes. Do you want the recipe, too? This one will be coconut free but contain dairy. The OG has a lot of coconut oil and coconut cream.
