🚨 Teany Calming Chamomile latte recipe 🚨

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 cups water
• 4 chamomile tea bags
• 1 1/2 cups your choice of milk
• 1 tablespoon honey
• Ground cinnamon (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Brew the tea: Bring the 1 1/2 cups of water to a boil. Remove from heat and steep the chamomile tea bags in the hot water for 5-7 minutes. Remove the tea bags and let the tea cool slightly.
2. Warm the milk: In a small pot, gently heat your milk over medium-low heat until it’s warm but not boiling. You can also froth the milk if you prefer a creamier texture.
3. Combine and sweeten: Pour the chamomile tea into a large mug, then add your warm milk. Stir in the tablespoon of honey until fully dissolved.
