Happiness is a personal thing - it has everything to do with you, your perspective and the narrative you create. Set yourself up in your mind as someone who overcomes challenges. Then it will be easier to be more resilient. Try to be around people who add to your energy, rather than take it away. And recognize that, there are times when a person or a thing can make you feel happy, but this feeling may be short-lived.
Seek to be OK with who you are. Youāll find contentment is a by-product, and the one who makes you happy and resilient (you) is always close at hand.
āHappiness does not mean that our problems magically disappearāit means that we are more able to deal with them.ā - Randy Taran
Comment a ā¤ļø if you know that happiness starts with you.
Your habits create your life. Donāt neglect the tiny things. They are your secret point of entry to the life you want to create. Everything starts with one single simple step. Though that sounds unexciting, over time you will notice that a better path emerges. Taking the steps on this path, makes it even more solid, and voila! The more you do this, the stronger the neuro-pathways in your brain become too. Your choices help speed up your progress.
Habits are important choices which can change your life in a great way. It all starts with one small habit which you practice consistently until your mind gets used to it. It doesnāt happen in a day. As you change your mindset and master your mind and practice habits, you will notice that life expands instead of shrinking. Every habit has the power to change the trajectory of your life. One small action is all you have to take daily. Notice your energy rise in wonderful ways.
All big things come from small beginnings. The seed of every habit is a single, tiny decision.ā-James Clear

The body needs you to take care of it so it can take care of you.
The mind needs peace and inspiration.
The spirit needs alignment and meaningful connection.
Drop a š©· if you are willing to look after all your many facetsā¦
If you are unhappy, start with the body. Nourish it. Rest it. Move it.
If you are uninspired, start with the mind. Excite it. Expose it. Open it.
If you are unmotivated, start with the heart. Find your why. Do something that matters. Be of service.
When you move towards what makes you feel hopeful, and alive, be ready to tap into a source of energy you may not even know you had. On the other hand, if you are making a decision in order to avoid a fear, that fear will remain front and center in your mind. One gives energy, the other leaves you feeling drained. That is not to say fear is bad - itās an important signal to sit with rather than deny.
But when we are making decisions, itās worthwhile to ask, āAm I doing this because of my fears?ā which keeps you at the vibration of fear. Or āAm I choosing a direction because I am hopeful or enthusiastic, which is a higher energy approach.
Be aware of your fears, but make your life decisions based on what you love and how you hope to evolve. When we make choices to reflect our ideas, hopes and take action towards our dreams, life becomes not only more positive, but also more aligned with our true nature.

Be careful how you are talking to yourself because you are listening.
Most people would never talk to others the way they talk to themselves. Make sure your harshest critic is not the one in your head! Everyone needs cheerleaders, and what better to find a kind and supportive voice than your own.
Commit to positive self-talk for the next 24 hours! Notice how your mood responds in kind and loving language. This may be one of the kindest things you can do for yourself.
