Over the next few weeks, we'll be focusing on balance training—because it's not just about staying on your feet; it’s about enhancing coordination, stability, and strength. 💪
Balance is crucial for everyday activities, helps prevent injuries, and improves overall performance. Plus, it’s just plain fun when you’re doing it with friends!
This is just one of the many fun challenges we incorporate into our training. I'm excited for the upcoming obstacle course sessions where you’ll tackle the balance beam and much more!

I absolutely love this quote from Brene Brown! It reminds me to let go of the pressure to look a certain way and focus on what my body can achieve. This shift in thinking has helped me to love my body (even on the days I've eaten waaaay too much ice cream) and be grateful for what it does for me.
It's also helped me to let go of my social anxiety and just be myself, and you'll never guess what I found out?! People actually like the real me, better than the edited version anyway! Who knew?! 🤷♀️
