Pregnant women need massages too - being a Mum to young children herself, Toyah is the perfect therapist to help you (and that surprisingly heavy baby) feel better.

As stomachs and backs are out of the picture for the time being, we use a long pillow to comfortably lay on either side, depending on gestation we can also do a facial massage with your legs and lower back safely supported.
