I am no wordsmith, so I keep my posts short. I choose not to use AI because I write from my heart. There is no judgement on others, just me wanting to be my authentic self. So this is me, a real human being offering to help other human beings on their healing journey.
Healing doesn't happen overnight, it is a process and is amazing what can be discovered on the way.

Healing can mean different things to different people. To me, it simply means freedom.

I understand it can be rather confusing when looking for a Reiki Therapist. There are lots of different names for Hands on Healing and options for lengths of sessions. This is great when you know what you want, but what if you don't know?

For this reason I have made it simple. You don't need to choose if you want a Reiki treatment or Integrative Energy Therapy. Life Force Energy (Reiki) has an intelligence of its own and knows where it is needed.
A session can also include clearing a limiting belief when it comes up. This could be something holding you back in life that you may or may not be aware of.

All sessions are one hour. However, please allow 15 minutes longer for the first appointment so we can have a consultation.

I finally bought some crystals last Saturday to go with the two I was gifted on my training course last year. They have only just made their way into my treatment room because they are so lovely to look at. I was also reading about each one and realizing I have made good choices - actually all crystals are good choices! 😉
The idea is to offer you a crystal to hold or place beside you during your treatment. I am not claiming to be a crystal healer, (maybe one day) I just enjoy the benefits of their healing properties and would love to share that with you.
I understand some people don't appreciate the love of crystals and that is absolutely fine. However, if you are reading this you are probably not one of them 😊. If you prefer not to work with a crystal you will be expressing your free will, and that is great. They will happily sit in the corner, quietly doing their thing.

If we want to let go of pain, trauma, limiting beliefs, guilt or shame, we need to acknowledge it, accept it, talk to it.
When we try to cover it, mask it, deny it we just push it further down into our body. The issue doesn't go away but can cause more problems and hold us back from doing the things we really want to do in life.
Now is the time to say goodbye to the old energy that does not serve you anymore and welcome in the new.
