Cancellation and no show policy 💛

With Christmas and the busy season approaching us fast, we felt the need to just give everyone a reminder of our cancellation and no show policy so our small business can run as smoothly as possible! Please remember that if you do cancel within the 24 hours or no show, it is really hard to fill that spot that another client may have really wanted. We understand that things like sickness or work gets in the way but we do have to enforce these policies to protect our small business. The policies we have in place are not personal to anyone and we love each and every one of you! 💛
