In the true spirit of our Habit Health community supporting our people and clients, we will be talking to our own experts on important topics that contribute towards positive mental health and wellbeing.
Today, we speak with one of them about how to keep an eye on some of the triggers of an anxiety attack and what we can do about them.

Better late than never! A massive shout-out to Wellington Olympic AFC for winning the Chatham Cup earlier this month! We're so proud to support them throughout their journey.
Happy Friday, everyone!
It’s a double celebration today: it’s Māori Language Day AND the last business day of the week!
Let’s wrap up the week with some good vibes and awesome kupu!
Today’s kīwaha (phrase) is "Koia kei a koe!" which means “good on you!”.
Perfect for giving a shout-out to all the hard work this week!
Let’s embrace te reo Māori and celebrate the beauty of our language together.
Kia ora, whānau! It’s Thursday of Māori Language Week, and today’s kupu is Rorohiko!
Rorohiko means computer – let’s celebrate the technology that helps us learn, create, and connect!
Share your thoughts below and let’s embrace the beauty of te reo Māori together!
Happy Māori Language Week!
It’s Wednesday and today’s kupu (word) of the day is MAHI!
Mahi means work, but it can also be interpreted as effort, passion, and dedication. Whether you’re tackling a big project, diving into a new hobby, or just getting through your to-do list, today’s the perfect day to celebrate the mahi you put in!
Kia kaha! Keep up the amazing work!
Happy Tuesday of Māori Language Week!
Today’s kupu (word) is “Taiao” – which means “environment” or “natural world.”
It’s a great reminder to embrace and appreciate the beauty around us! Speaking of embracing nature, I was out enjoying the Taiao in my trusty gumboots. Nothing beats a walk through the bush with the rain gently falling and the sound of nature all around.
Let’s celebrate Taiao by getting outside, getting muddy, and soaking up all the wonders of our beautiful environment. How are you connecting with nature today?
Kia ora and Happy Monday, everyone!
We’re diving into Māori Language Week with a bang, and today’s Kīwaha (phrase of the day) is: “Me he tē”, which means “Like a boss”!
Start your week strong and own it, Me he tē! Whether you’re tackling work, hitting the gym, or simply cruising through your day, do it with confidence and flair!
Share how you’re embracing your inner boss today and let’s celebrate Māori Language Week with style!
Stay tuned for more!
Stay tuned for Te wiki o te reo Māori next week!

We had a fantastic time at "The Future of Health & Safety Conference" in Christchurch! The conference was packed with insightful presentations and discussions, with a particular highlight being the inspiring talk on mental health by Sir John Kerwin.
Our team, Belinda, Jack, and Russell, enjoyed connecting with both existing and potential customers and sharing our knowledge on workplace well-being. It was clear that the event was invaluable for providers and attendees alike.
