THE SECRET OF PHO
There is special story about Pho. To most of people at my generation, Pho's very luxury dish to our childhood. Because we just can have Pho when we got sick, and as a magic medicine, Pho comfort our sickness.Until now whenever I get sick , specially when I caught cold , the only food I want is sipping the pho's broth .
The secret broth was made by simmering various beef parts with aromatics in water for 8-12 hours. The broth has become rich, clear, intensely beefy flavor; the warm aroma of cinnamon, cloves, and star anise rising up in a cloud of steam. A bowl of Beef Pho is served with rice noodle, accompanied by thinly sliced raw beef and fresh garnishes like basil, corriander, spring onion ,chilies, and lime.
