Thursday night tennis has been going gangbusters, with some great games and full courts. Stay on tomorrow night after tennis for pizza and a social catch-up. $10 a head to cover costs.

Congratulations to Rohan, our new men's singles champions. Other winners in this year's club champs so far: Men's doubles, Hamish and Simon; women's doubles, Nicky M and Selina; mixed doubles, Richard and Selina. Well done to all the winners - there were some hard-fought matches.

No Thursday club night tonight. The weather didn't play ball yesterday, so we had to postpone the mixed doubles club champs and are going to hold them tonight instead.

The weather is awful! So we’re cancelling club night. If any hardy souls want to play, feel free to organise your own games

Big congratulations to club member Ravi, a member of the North Harbour team that won the 70+ event at the Tennis Masters National Team Championships in Christchurch over Easter weekend.

Due to the rain we are cancelling Saturday morning junior coaching today. See you next week

We will be hosting another touch tennis night this Friday, March 8th after the last one was such a hit (pun intended). Touch tennis is played on a smaller court, with foam balls and smaller rackets. It's fun, fast and addictive. Come along and give it a go from 6-7.30pm, and then stay on for some refreshments. 🎾

Family night starts at 5:30pm - come on down for tennis games and sausage sizzle 😊

Who's coming to our family tennis night tomorrow Friday 1 March, from 5.30pm to 8pm? We'll have games with coach Caco and put the mini nets up so parents and kids can get out on court and have some hits. Sausage sizzle and fruit platters provided. BYO drinks and any other food you want. $10 per family.

The rain's been quite heavy this morning and the courts are soaked, so we've decided to cancel today's Saturday morning junior coaching (3 Feb). See you next week!

Times for different age groups:
8.30am to 9.15am: 5-7 year olds.
9.15am to 10am: 8-10 year olds.
10am to 10.45am: We have two groups running at this time, each with their own coach, one for 11-13 year olds and one for 14-17 year olds.

Saturday morning junior coaching starts tomorrow October 7. You are welcome to bring your child for a free trial session tomorrow before deciding whether to sign up. If your child has any friends who would like to try tennis, please invite them along.
