For our last Chakra Cacao Journey in a 7-part series of journeys we moved up to the 2nd Chakra- The Sacral Chakra.

A big part of balancing this energetic centre was about connecting to our sensuality, our pleasure, our joy, and our creative self through connecting to our body and physical state.

Mama Cacao helped support us to nourish and connect to our physical aspect of self and acted as a conduit for this process of re-connection.

Elements of this journey included play, art and painting, indulging in the senses when drinking Cacao, exfoliating the body and face with Cacao body scrub, embodied dance, sacral chakra intention setting and connecting to the womb space through breath-work and chanting.

What a magical journey and we are only getting started in our 7-part series 💗💓🐛🦋

Gumboot Friday was designed to meet the needs of young people and provide free counselling services for any person 25 and under.
