1; not everyone is comfortable outdoors in public having their photo taken. So having an indoor space creates the privacy that some clients really want.
2; if time is of the essence, this is always my backup location if the weather isn’t playing ball for your outdoor maternity session

Blue Hour (just after the sun sets) is definitely one of my fav shooting times. There's only about 5 or so mins of enough light that I absolutely love at that time, but it's so worth staying for this quick moment.
