Love a good reno! This beauty is getting the full reno from the legends , transforming a dated beach house to a luxury modern home ...... has been doing the hard yards with some help from the young bucks and . Planning, head scratching, more planning, and even writing lists!!!

Margaret Drive Underfloor Heating - This was a first for us, underfloor heating installed on a timber framed floor. With a ton of meetings, advice, plans, and set out, we are pleased to advise that the homeowner is now walking around in the house in shorts and t-shirt while it's 6 degrees outside. With the heat supplied via a 16kw Heat Pump, efficiency and economy boxes have been ticked. This product is a great solution for central heating on a timber framed floor or retrofitted to an existing concrete floor.

New plastic roof about to go on this interesting bit of framing. Will definitely be adding some extra framing, flashings, and a gutter! Stand by.....
