Bethlehem Butchery started 80 years ago and was called “Skippy’s” after the original owner. The butchery has had a total of four owners since opening, with the latest two being in the same family.
We pride ourselves on offering only the finest quality meat that New Zealand has to offer, along with a fantastic, friendly service. Since taking over the butchery in 2015, we have expanded our list of suppliers as well as the products that we offer. We have also completed some cosmetic work to the shop to make it more customer friendly.
We have a passionate team that makes the business run smoothly. Currently we have four full-time staff employed and one part-time member, each one with their own area of expertise.
