Te Awamutu Hockey strives to balance a strong 'family' feel within its competitive club environment. We particularly pride ourselves on developing younger players, alongside our experienced older ones. Despite its name, Te Awamutu Hockey draws its membership from all over Hamilton, as well as the greater Waikato and Waipa regions. Established in 1990 when parent body Te Awamutu Sports was formed,

And that's a wrap for our Premier Hockey this year. Our Prem Women, pictured all together after their final vs Varsity, a repeat of last year's Championship final. Titles traded however this year, with Varsity the deserved winners.
FINALS time! Whilst some teams hung up their sticks after last weekend it is one more last hoorah for five of our teams. Come down and watch our Prem teams on Saturday, can our Women defend their title? And it's all about the boys on Sunday with three of our Mens teams in finals!
We love our ECOLAB R2 Womens team who know how to sign off their season's last game in absolute fabulous style!... and the opposition and umpires too!!
Whoopee...our Absolute Storage Men are in the MR4 final... and so are our QuipCheck Men in the MR3 final, winning their semi in nail-biting shootouts... more semis to come today...
It's SEMI-FINALS time!! And just like that, the hockey season is nearly over. Lots of semi-finals this weekend for many of our teams. Lets go out with a bang, guys! Good luck everybody!

The WEEKEND DRAW sees things ramp up for some divisions as we near the close of Intercity and our local Championship rounds. Both our Premier teams are playing for that 5th Intercity spot, whilst our Women's Reserve 2 teams have important crossover games. Good luck everyone!
