Today’s manager is a familiar face around the store and that is Yogesh!!

Yogi has been with the store for the last 5.5 years as our grocery manager and a duty manager. He came down to our store from Auckland, thinking he would move back up in a year’s time, but 6 years later Te Awamutu feels like home and we couldn’t be happier to have him here.

Yogesh loves helping staff and customers, handling stock and facing new challenges everyday in the store. He is an amazing manager and even better family man, thanks for all you do around the store Yogesh, it wouldn’t be the same without you.

This weeks give away is another gluten free hamper!! You guys seemed to love this one last time so thought we would give you another shot at winning it!!

This time of year can get pretty crazy for some folk (looking at you dairy farmers getting stuck into calving season) so we have made choosing what’s for dinner just a little bit easier for you.

Located at the freezer opposite the butchery section, we have an amazing easy dinner or “home made takeaways” if you’re feeling fancy. This space is reserved for products that are not only on sale but also super convenient for someone who just wants to wack something in the oven!!

This week we have fish and chips on the menu, just grab a bag of salad and you have a balanced easy meal for tea 😌

Some of you may know, but for those who don’t, next time you are in store be sure to check out our give away station!!

This is one of the ways we give back to our awesome customers and a fun way for you guys to try out new products.

Located by the customer service desk, simply fill out one of the forms and pop it in the little box that is down there. I pull a winner out weekly!!

Last week the Waikato Young Butchers/ Apprentice competition was held at our store, our very own Cody and Adrianna represented our store and competed, with Adrianna coming out in third place!!

We love showing off our awesome butchery department, there is a lot of talent in there so cool to see them getting recognised.
