Last night we had seared steak rocket salad. I was a bit hesitant to cook steak in the thermomix but it came out excellent! I did double the meat to keep the kids happy which was good as my sun didn’t like the “leaf lettuce”. The dressing made this dish really- sweat and tangy! I will definitely be doing this dish again!
