Easter timetable 🐇
We will be running a reduced schedule for Easter weekend.
Friday: Closed
Saturday and Monday: Classes as normal but no yoga.

Struggling to return to normal movement after an injury?
We have some spaces in our clinical pilates classes!
In these hour long classes you'll follow an individualised programme formulated by a physiotherapist to target your specific injury and rehabilitative needs. We keep our clinical classes small so you can expect to receive 1:1 guidance and support.

You’ve all been loving our new class, and so now that the trial period is up we are keeping it as a permanent class on our schedule. Perfect timing with our current yoga promo - bring a friend for free in March and April!
What a beautiful way to end your week - a mindful, slow and feel good yoga class. Focusing on unwinding, deep stretching and breath work.

The use of socks in the reformer studio is for both cleanliness and safety. We have grip socks available for sale, and also to borrow if you forget a pair! The stickiness on the sole helps support you in feeling safe and supported on all the equipment, and allows you to focus on the burn!

It’s a busy time of year for our small town with harvest now in full swing, and we’ve noticed some new faces appearing at the Station. We want to extend out a warm welcome, so for the rest of March until the end of April bring a friend to any yoga class for free. 🧘♀️🧘

You've all been asking for Sunday classes, and we are kicking off with a Sunday morning TREAT! Yin Yoga - which is suitable for all, and is our stretchy, feel good, slow, mindful style is going to be on the timetable at 9am. Yin is about holding poses for longer periods of time, and is perfect for sore stiff bodies and busy minds. This is a short trial period starting Feb 25th, so book in to keep the class on the schedule!
We will be running a slightly reduced schedule for Waitangi Day - don't forget to book your spot.

Our Story
Wellness Station strives to create a welcoming space for the Marlborough community to be well. We encourage everyone to do something for their own health, regardless of age or ability, and will guide our clients in a professional, supportive manner - creating a positive environment for all.
We are wellbeing enthusiasts, join us to learn + feel good.
Our Pilates offering consists of matwork classes, reformer classes, and clinical/small group classes focused on rehabilitation. Our class sizes are small - allowing all levels to progress at their own speed, and giving each member of the class individualised feedback with the instructor. For those needing more specific exercises due to an injury or health issue - our clinical classes are perfect - allowing you to complete an individualised programme under the guidance of Physiotherapists.
Our Yoga offering has many levels and class times to suit. We offer a flow class, runners, kids and pregnancy yoga. One of our most popular classes is our yin yoga class, which is a relaxation, restorative practice holding stretches for longer periods of time. If you are a runner or cyclist - we also have a specific class for you! We have a variety of yoga teachers, with slightly different styles to suit everybody. Kids classes are held per term, and our pregnancy class is suitable for all stages of pregnancy, plus postnatal mamas - bring your Bub along to class!
