Fly in July! The next series to practice in your Reformer class. Posture, upper back and tricep strengthening with this midback series on the long box - keep a note of your spring weight to progress, and maybe try a single arm variation! Happy flying!
Jump for June! Itβs warm inside, and this sequence will heat you up even more! Try this in each Reformer pilates class this month, and notice your improvement every class. We are choosing a sequence each month to focus more specifically on highlighting your progress, so you can feel how much you improve from class to class. Building stronger, happy bodies one movement at a time! Book your classes for the month, see you in the studio π§π½ββοΈ

Calf raises on the reformer. You get to lie down (which always feels great) and stretch and strengthen your calves (which also feels great!). A great way to focus on ankle rehabilitation and prevention of ligament injuries.
