My exercise this week is a combination of skiing in Wanaka & hiking the mountains up into the alpine peaks. Check out this view from Mt Sawyer, hard work but well worth the stunning view.

What a stunning country we live in. Exercise doesn't always have to be hitting the gym or going for a run. This weekend my exercise consisted of walking part of the Able Tasman track into the most studding pristine beach with my husband. Great exercise with the added bonus of having to share this picture perfect beach with only 6 other people. Yes it was a 4 hour return walk but after spending 3 hours relaxing on the beach with a picnic the walk home wasn't hard at all. Try something new for your weekend exercise who knows you may also find a secluded beach. 😎
