Went to Pinestreams opening of their exhibition last night. Come and have a look. Quite different from past exhibitions but well worth a look.

Another beautiful quilt from my Tula Pink client. Beautifully executed.

Finished quilting this for a customer. What a marathon effort. It is huge and only just fitted the quilt machine. It looks absolutely stunning!

Another successful weekend. Started a second sample of my Squares within Squares class and just have to sew the binding down on my Christmas Tree Skirt. Feeling good.

Lots if quilting done in the lead up to Christmas. Today was my last day of quilting for the next 2-3 weeks. I had the pleasure of making two quilts from scratch for a clients granddaughters to sleep under at Christmastime. Also managed a quilt of my own today, a class sample for next year. All in all a productive year.

So proud to have had my quilt “Out of Africa” hung in the National Quilting Symposium Exhibition.

No quilting for the next week, I’m off to the National Quilting Symposium in Lower Hutt.
Almost packed and ready to go! And this is only the class stuff!

Had a great weekend stitching with the Thursday Girls. Made blocks for a community quilt on Friday, made a quilt top for myself on Saturday and made a symposium bag today.

Thimbles and Threads has a group of new 7 Series owners and they’re enjoying learning their embroidery function. This is my bag that they are currently making.

Delivered this Christmas quilt to it’s new owner today. I was very happy with the final product and she was too. Thanks Sue

Finished putting the top together today. Now I have a traditional version and a modern version.
