its that time of year again. Be great to see old faces as well as new faces as we look too continue to field Two senior men's teams again this year.

It’s that time of the year for Waihi women’s football, kicking off with kick around and a Pre-season starting 30th Jan at Morgan Park the waihi club fields begining at 6.30 to 7.30/8pm every Tuesday and Thursday. If you’re thinking of playing football, returning to football or just want to train for fitness reasons we would love to have you. Please come along!

Sad news for the Waihi AFC Family
Club member Paul Hurst passed away on Tuesday evening.
From all at the club present and past our love and condolences go out to the family at this time.

EDIT : Plans have changed a little
Paul's life service, (casual as possible) is going to be held at their house 149a Work road
Saturday 23rd December 2023
Service will start 10am so arrive from 9.30am.
Paul will be heading over to the crematorium at 11am with immediate family.
Service will be followed by morning tea.
Immediate family will arrive back approximately 2.30pm so you're welcome to stay on and continue celebrating his life.

💛💚Labour weekend Tournament 💛💚
Saturday and Sunday is going to be action packed full of football with 10 teams taking part.
On Saturday the action kicks off at 10:50am ( delayed start due to a little old game of rugby taking place at 8am - GO the ABs !! ) We are excited to catch up with old faces and welcome in new faces.

Its that time of the year again where we celebrate the clubs success throughout the year and recognize individuals achievements that have contributed to it.

First we start off with a club wide friendly kick around with a bbq running between 1pm and 3pm at morgan park

Then doors open at 5:30pm at the Morgan park Hub building for the official presentations to commence at 6pm.
Nibble food will be provided
BYO Drinks

So calling all players / supporters / life members / family members to come down and help us celebrate.
