Here is a great way to use Rosemary oil! I rub a little bit of this into the ends of my hair and have no split ends, I also rub some through my hair to stop the frizz. I love this stuff.

This is a big favourite of mine to diffuse! It smells amazing and is so calming, great to diffuse in your living rooms and bedrooms at night to help with a restful sleep.

I found this today! It shows some ideas about how dōTERRA products can replace other products in your home.

This is now available from the Australia and New Zealand back office. It gets great reviews.

I quickly whipped up some more dishwasher tablets this afternoon, I made a double batch this time. These are so easy and work just as well as the expensive supermarket tablets.

This is my absolute favourite ritual to shutting my brain down at night and getting to sleep! Neroli is my new favourite essential oil! It’s amazing for low mood states.
