Let's talk tech! I love my gear and as a professional photographer and I also love geeking out about it. Here are three of my fav pieces from my kit.

Pictured below is my Sigma 24mm - 70mm Art Series lens. It's absolutely wonderful for wide shots and vast landscapes.

I also have my trusty Tamron 70mm - 180mm lens. I love how sharp the focus is and how subtle the bokeh is in the out of focus areas. It is my hands down my favourite portrait lens.



Last but certainly not least, I love my Sony A7 Mark iii. It is such a work horse! The body is so durable and the sensor is so easy to keep clean. The placement of the buttons is intuitive (I love that I can change ISO without looking at the screen) and the focus system is extremely quick.

Happy new year! This year I'm not making any resolutions. For me, especially working in the 'gig' economy, life is the moment we live in - not the moments that haven't come yet. Instead, I want to share with you what I am grateful for because 2021 was amazing in so many ways.

I am so grateful for
- Working in the film industry and making some absolutely fantastic friendships.
- Being able to photograph some brilliant and kind people and for being brave enough to take the plunge and start my own business.
- For the support from my best friend, and now boyfriend Brynn xx.
- For the love my family and my extended family and friends continue to show me.
- Being dyslexic, because my spelling mistakes bring so much joy to both my life and other peoples.
