I'm excited to announce my upcoming residency "See Me As I Am”, a year-long celebration at Lincoln Center bringing together many of my musical expressions—through jazz, opera, chamber music, orchestral music, film scores, and more!

The multi-disciplinary collaboration launches in March and includes events with Film at Lincoln Center, Jazz at Lincoln Center, The Juilliard School, Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, The Metropolitan Opera, New York Philharmonic, and the New York Public Library for the Performing Arts.

Leo Coghini's Wellington Solo album We feature the debut solo album from young Wellington pianist Leo Coghini.

Reaching for and frequently rising to the heights of Chick Corea's and Keith Jarrett's exquiste solo piano collections, not to mention Ravel, Debussy, Bartók et al, these 25 improvisations form a rich and dynamically varied addition to the solo piano reportoire. It astonishes me that one so young can draw such depth and range of expressive musicianship from a single day of pure improvisation without once repeating himself or dropping into clichéd voicings or mundanely predictable melodic/harmonic gestures. There isn't an obvious favourite for me here. All 25 tracks form a superb whole, a voyage of exploration I've relished through several close listenings already and will never tire of returning to for fresh inspiration.
