This time we will be focusing on the always forgotten thing - stretching! Even if you haven’t exercised, studies have shown that stretching everyday can reduce stress on your body, reduce the risk of muscle imbalances and injuries.
Let’s spend the next 9 days focusing on stretching and let’s see if it makes some aches and pains decrease.
