BEHIND THE SCENES
Someone asked me recently what I used to make the sprinkles on the Sundae Shoes. Well here they are in progress. I mix up different secret material colours to get the shades I desire and then roll them out veeeeery thinly. Bake for a bit and cut them to size once cooled. Each one is individually glued to the shoe using tweezers and fine glue.

It certainly takes time, but the end result is worth it. Don't you think?

Oh and the tub I keep them in is labelled DO NOT EAT. Just in case.

Have you ever heard of shoes being refurbished?!
Every day millions of shoes are in need of rescuing, and it's up to you to help them!
We love to reuse and recycle here at Dancing Ponies, and shoes are no exception.

HOW DOES THIS WORK?
We have two options for you to choose from - either you have the shoes you want rescued, or you don't.
It's that easy.

Q: I have a pair of heels in my cupboard that I love, but they're a bit worn and the heel is worn. I just can't throw them away though!
Can you help?
A: Yes! We will email you a postage label to have them collected and sent to us.
Once we have worked our magic and breathed new life into them, we'll get them sent right back to you.*

Q: I don't have any shoes in need of rescue but want to support the cause.
How can I help?
A: Easy! Select the style you like and tell us your size at check out.
We will head out into the world and find the most suitable pair for your style.
Once they're made to look fabulous again, we will send them to you.

*All of the shoes that we repurpose are in good condition and will have a new heel tip put on, as long as there is at least 2mm left on the original.
