Kia ora e te whānau. We've shared a couple of things from Common Grace in the last month—they're a new Wellington-based Christian organisation that we reckon is worth backing. This event on Wednesday night looks great. It's for Christians who are passionate about social justice and might like to make advocacy a key ministry focus next year. RSVP below.

Laidlaw Leaders Day ✓

A couple of us are heading to this event on October 25, and you might like to join us: Laidlaw Centre for Church Leadership invites you to join us for this one-day conference dedicated to exploring what it could mean to do “mission” differently in New Zealand. Gain fresh insights into the to the intricate tapestry of Te Rongopai (the Gospel) - moving beyond identity politics, and discovering the power of whakapapa – while finding our place in God's story.

Speakers include the Ven. Dr Lyndon Drake (Ngāti Kuri, Ngāi Tahu), Anameka Paenga (Te Whānau-a-Apanui, Te Whakatōhea, Ngāi Tai), Rev. Te Karere Scarborough (Ngāpuhi, Ngāti Hauā), and Andy Shudall.
