Launching The Shark Academy 🦈

The Shark Academy will provide a dedicated and focused training environment which supports player development.

The Shark Academy will run two times per week and while still being a fun environment, it will help the players during the skills acquisition process. Providing them with the opportunity to develop their technical abilities.

We encourage all players to attend in term one to see how they enjoy the new environment.

While we encourage all players to attend the two trainings in term one, we understand this is a new request and if it’s not possible then please contact the Junior Coordinator to advise.

We will be holding Skill Builders for our younger juniors (U5-U8) on Monday & Girls Only will continue to be run on Fridays.

The trophy and Tazuni will visit Wakefield Park in Island Bay ahead of the Wellington United Diamonds v Manawatu Knitting Mills PN Marist FC match in the Ultra Football Women’s Central League. This is the highest league available for girls/women in Wellington.

On Sunday morning we will welcome the FIFA Activation Station to Wakefield Park. Stop by, spin the wheel and watch some footy ⚽️ 🦈

What a start to the season, we couldn’t have asked for better weather!

We loved welcoming our pals, Wellington United and BNU Juniors to Shark Park for U7/U8. We already partner with them in our girls space, so it’s nice to be able to come together in the mixed space.
