Music can be a motivator when it comes to exercise. We at CCB believe in a democratic approach with music, we are in the process of updating our playlists for 2024 and would like you input.
Pop down your favourite workout song in the comments below and we'll add it to the playlist. This is open to bootcampers past and present.
