2 oz of Topors Own Grapefruit Vodka
Splash of Grenadine
Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
Lemon Wedge
Sugar

Method:
Rub the lemon wedge on the rim of a tumbler glass, and dip into a plate of sugar, to sugar the rim. Fill the glass with ice. Add the grapefruit vodka, grenadine and grapefruit juice into the glass, and stir until well mixed. Garnish with a grapefruit slice.

2 oz of cream.
Method:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, and add white chocolate vodka, vanilla vodka and cream. Shake well and pour into a martini glass. Garnish with chocolate shavings.

1 oz of Grenadine
5 oz of Sprite
2 oz of Orange Juice
2 oz of Topors Own Vanilla Vodka
2 oz of Topors Own Raspberry Vodka
Method:
In a shaker, put grenadine, orange juice, vanilla vodka and raspberry vodka with ice. Fill a highball glass with ice. Shake cocktail shaker until the ingredients are chilled, then pour into the glass. Top with sprite, and garnish with an orange slice.

Turbo-Charged Bloody Mary:
-30mls Topors Own Chilli Vodka
-30mls Topors Own Beetroot Vodka
-Splash of Tobasco Sauce
-5mls of Worcestershire Sauce
-Tomato Juice
-Dash of Salt
-Pepper
Half fill a glass with ice, and half fill with tomato juice. Add Topors Own Chilli Vodka, Topors Own beetroot Vodka, tobasco and Worcestershire Sauce. Fill with tomato juice, and add a dash of salt. Stir well, and add pepper to taste. Garnish with a lemon slice and a celery stick.

Posting at 7.30am on a sunny Friday morning and at this time of the day vodka shots are probably not on your mind (or maybe they are 🤫) Anyway today we are launching Topors Own flavoured vodka shots to our menu with a $50 ‘4 INFUSED VODKA SHOTS & A SHARING PLATTER FOR TWO to warm the cockles deal. Our lovely friends at Val and Steve tell us that at Topor, they used to import all sorts of cool Polish vodka, some of it flavoured, some of it plain. Theirr drinks menu was full of these wonderful vodkas!! But then when they tried to order more, the importer no longer had the stock they needed so they innovated. Val decided one day to infuse a flavour into a vodka, just to see how it would go. That first flavour was Salted Caramel, and the results were amazing!! The feedback was brilliant from all of the customers who tried it, so they carried on making Salted Caramel vodka. Then they thought why not try something else? And so, their little boutique vodka company was born!! They now have around 32 flavours!! We are stocking a selection of them including Rhubarb, Passionfruit, Crisp Apple, Burnt Orange, Macadamia, Irish Cream, Citrus. Honestly, they are DANGEROUS!!!! Available at our Brewtown cafe only
