Our sponge is made out of vegetable fibres, which means it is 100% biodegradable and can be disposed of in the compost. Even better, it can be reused again and again and even double’s as a face sponge. Simply soak in water and squeeze excess out before use, then air dry after use ♻️

Sounds of packing your pottery kits, with the most beautiful morning light 🌞 #clay #pottery #potterystudio #potterykit #potterybusiness #behindthescenes

Sounds that your clay makes on its way to you, with my little helper!

Coasters, a simple project that takes less than an hour! Simply cut circles and bend up the edges before smoothing off with a damp sponge. Decorate however you like with paint or glaze if you have access to a kiln. I glazed mine cobalt blue and will show you the finished project once fired!

Some moments captured from our workshop last weekend where we learnt how to hand-build a vase using the coiling method. Even though we all started with a basic vase shape together, no vase was identical and that’s what I love the most about running workshops. You get to see creations reflect personalities and perspectives of their makers in real time, right in front of your eyes. It’s just as inspiring for me to teach and watch you begin to shift out of your heads and into your hands, so thank you all!! This was the best workshop yet 🥰

Another beautiful day in the capital, happy Wellington Anniversary to this groovy little city!
