A fabulous cohort of students, both children and adults, will be performing a range of dance in their end of year showcase at the Carterton Events Centre. Ballet, jazz, contemporary, tap and hip hop! Come and be wowed by the talent on display and celebrate the hard work of the students in this past year.
There are three performances this year. Friday night and the Saturday matinee will be standard theatre style performances and the Saturday night performance will be a full glamour Cabaret style show with patrons seated at tables and supper provided with BYO option for beverages.

Taki Rua Productions is excited to present Te Kuia me te Pūngāwerewere in a highly engaging, 30-minute piece of theatre in te reo Māori specially for pre school aged tamarikiand their whānau. Suitable for young children of all backgrounds.
Inspired by the beloved children’s story The Kuia and the Spider by Patricia Grace with illustrations by Robyn Kahukiwa, Jamie McCaskill’s original Te Reo Māori Season play has been shortened with under 5s in mind.
Performed completely in te reo Māori, Te Kuia me te Pūngāwerewere is the untold story of the Kuia and her relationship with Pūpai the spider. While in the midst of their daily bickering, Kuia and Pūpai are suddenly transported from their home in Paekākāriki into the world of spiders. There, they must work together to save Spider World from the human world's suburban sprawl.

Lesa is a Wellington-based writer, improviser and comedian. She has been a regular on the Wellington improv scene since 2016 and began doing stand-up in July 2020, going on to nab the Runner Up spot at the Wellington Raw Comedy Quest. She has a penchant for characters, accents and fast-paced silliness.
