Emerald Isle Painting

So nice to paint some colour 🎨 giving it a whole new look😃
Hallway ceilings have had x2 coats resene ceiling flat white, hallway walls have been painted using porters paint old moss eggshell finish x2 coats and all of the worwork has had x2 coats of Resene lustacryl alabaster.
The bathroom ceiling needed an oil base primer, so resene ceiling flat white could be painted over.
The walls had x2 coats of dulux wash and wear ranfurly.
The clients were extremely happy with the finish🤩.

Another job complete. One of the last exteriors before winter really set's in.
The colours on this house was quite dated, so it was good to give it a nice new fresh modern look.
New cornerboards put on to make the house weather tight, along with soakers on all of the joins in the weathebroards.
The client was extremely happy with everything🙂which makes me happy.

This is a beautiful x4 bed x3 bathroom high end new build which has recently been completed.

Ceilings have all had x2 coats of undercoat to seal in the new gib and plaster. Then x2 top coats of dulux ceiling flat was applied to all ceilings.

All of the walls have had x2 undercoats to seal the new gib and plaster. X2 top cpats of dulux wash and wear 1/2 rice cake was applied to all walls. Some walls got x3 coats where there was a lot of natural light coming through.

All of the woodwork (doors, door frames, skirtings and architrave's) all got x2 undercoats and x2 top coats of dulux Aquanamel white.

Laundry and bathrooms have had x2 undercoats to seal new gib and plaster. Then x3 top coats of k&b applied.
In one bathroom a french wash was applied to the walls to give it a similar look to the tile on the shower wall.

The client was very happy with everything😀 when they are happy, I am happy 😊.

It's been a while since I have posted my recent jobs.
This was the 1st job of 2024, it is a beautiful 1 story house that needed a full repaint.
Lot's of scraping, burning off old paint on the fascia & windows and a full machine sand.
Resne Sonyx 101 quarter silver chalice was used on the weatherboards, resene sonyx alabaster was used on the fascia & soffit, resense lustacryl gloss alabaster was used on all the window/door frames and resene lustacryl gloss poppy was used on the front door.
This house has a whole new look, with nice fresh colours.

And that's a wrap for 2023 😀
Full exterior complete.
This exterior had a full chemical strip, which was needed.
It now has a whole new look and a very happy client🙌

A small job finished before Christmas, bedroom ceiling, walls and all the woodwork painted in Resene paints.

The exterior I'm working on atm 🙂 A full chemical stip on most of the weatherboards... it will defo give you big 💪

My most recent job that I have just finished in karori.
Freshly painted ceiling using x2 coats of dulux ceiling flat, timber panels had been contract filled, no more gaps, a full prime and x2 coats of aqua enamel top and bottom of the panels.
Door/frame, skirting and frame into kitchen has had x2 coats of aqua enamel. 🙂 the client was very happy with everything and I will return for some more work in the future.

Fresh new colour at The Tasting Room on courtney place, wellington.
Soffit, concrete wall and bifold doors have all had a colour change. Beautiful bright new look 🙂

X2 bathrooms freshly painted & plastered. They wanted to keep the colour clean and fresh.
