What a whirlwind these last few days have been since announcing our closing. We are feeling so loved and in our second to last event in The Studio, we invite you to join us for an epic GARAGE SALE.

We will be closed this Friday 13th Sept to walk-ins to set-up our wares and we will open the doors at 9am to 4pm on Saturday 14th and again on Sunday 15th 9am to 4pm. 🪴🌷🪴

We have lots of bits and bobs, including perfect things for any crafters out there plus...vases, fabrics, pots, planters, candles, rolls of paper, ribbons, wedding things, bowls, dishes, ceramics, art, furniture, props, plants and stock that's left. A mix of new and used items.💘

We really appreciate everyone who has brought thier favourite things in the last week, we have seen lots of the last ones go, so I suggest if you really want something message or hop online and order it now. 🌷🪴

We've managed to fast-track a special release of our BLOOM CATCHERS, just in time before we close my Tory st. Studio.

Made in Wellington, heavy weight solid brass, these making arranging a few simple blooms easy peasy and so stylish. 👌

Place our YE BLOOM CATCHER over the lip of your vase position your blooms through the openings.

These patina beautifully, age with interest and will last a lifetime.✨️

End of an era....

These are one of my favourite things of all time. Beautiful, long stemmed tulips with the bulb. 💔

Even just a few stems looks amazing in a clear vase and you can keep and dry the bulb for next season too. 🌷

Our pop-up flower café has closed. 🌷

What fun we had hosting hundreds and hundreds of you. Thousands and thousands of tulips went home to fill your vases and what a buzz the weekends were.

We really did have a lot of fun and more than that we soaked up all the love and good vibes you brought in through the doors. ☕️🥐🍰

It's no secret that biz life has everyone digging deep to get through but if you came and visited, brought some cake or flowers that was a gesture that warmed our hearts and lifted our fighting spirits and we hope that our little café made you feel good too. 🫶

I don't think a day passed that I didn't share in a special moment, a meaningful conversation or we were able to enjoy seeing people soak up all the positivity we wanted to share through our beautiful flower-filled space. 💝

THANK YOU. It would have been nothing without you and who knew a pop-up café could have regulars? But we did. ☕️

I have to mention all those people who made an extraordinary effort to visit us, people came from Auckland, Hastings, Wairarapa and in from Upper Hutt. Even international visitors who found us by accident LOVED their visit and we hope they thought our little corner of Wellington was something to write home about. 🌎

Fresh from the farm tulips and the best price in town... these are lasting a good week plus, at my house.

We have a mix of colours that we send out in our deliveries or you can come in and choose your own, whilst sipping a coffee at Tulip Press Café. 🩷🤍

As well as all the buzz of our flower café, we are still sending flowers and beautiful bouquets all over the city.

We have our LITTLE SOMETHING🫶 for when just a few stems are all you need, and then we are keeping the tulip growers busy with hundreds and hunderes of stems arriving each week at the best price in town🌷.... but wait there is more.... our signature YE tumbly, garden bouquets too.

Blossom, jasmine, orchids and other treasures have all been favourites this week. 💐

After the most amazing second week, we were blown away with how many people came to see us, we are very excited for our week three opening. ☕️🥐🌷

We have loved sharing our concept café pop-up, and we have another 1000+ stems of tulips on the way. Our bakers .wgtn and are busy in the kitchen and our simple but sweet little menu is full of delicious treats. 🍰🍪🍋🥐

We have loved working with our bakers and both new to the scene, they are loving all the new follows, and me passing on your positive feedback. Starting something new is a big step, and something some people only dream of, we are really proud to be supporting some new businesses through this project. 🫶

Well, we opened with a blast yesterday, thanks to our friends .

Our bakers .wgtn 🍪 and , 🍰 collaborative partners 🍋 and 🍊 all brought the goods to help us make this opening weekend so much fun.

Our Sunday offering kicks off with a limited drop of SALT BUNS. Make sure you come early so you don't miss out. 😉

Open Sunday 9.30am to 2pm.

Wow! What a crowd. Thank you to everyone who came to the first day of our café pop-up. 🩷🌸💕

I'm feeling really grateful for my YE Fam, supportive friends and community. I've cuddled a lot of people today, I even received gifts 🌷, and people were so positive about our little café offering. 🥐☕️🌷

If you've ever run something for the first time ever, you'll know it's a mixture of pure joy and absolute fear. I'm so used to my flower world and this was really something new. ✨️

I hope everyone who came genuinely enjoyed the experience and for those who know me, you know it will only get better from here, so please do come again. I'm a little bit extra so, I already have a list of new things to throw in the mix. Sunday DJ sets, chocolate milk and cookies and more giveaways etc. 🌷

In our concept meetings for the pop-up café we agreed the original French Press from was our first choice for serving a delicious sip of coffee. ☕️ (and yes it will be strong with a little golden froth)

Sophisticated, something different and quiet so, that our beautiful space could be enjoyed at its best, and for added fun it went on to inspire our green theme, and our name - Tulip Press. 💚
