EXTRAS!!!
Sometimes i feel like the biggest eat-arse posting my workouts. It's like ("hey guys look what i can do lol")
Although most of my workouts are planned and structured, once in a blue moon you just need a good blowout. A really painful one just to test yourself...
There's a simple process I use to create these particular days...
✅ ️Pick 3 or 4 exercises.
✅️ think of the number of reps you normally do, then multiply it by 3
✅️ Then drop set everything
✅️ Then if you still have something left in the tank...do walking lunges till you can't stand
It doesn't have to be exact. Just find ways to get in work above your normal threshold.
That's the key here. Doesn't matter what weight you lift or how long it takes. Stay until you complete.
It's a once in a blue moon kinda workout anyway.
