Nelson Sauvin Cold IPA / Cold IPA / 6% / Nelson Sauvin
This year we chose Cold IPA as the beer style to best showcase fresh Nelson Sauvin hops. For a unique twist on the cold IPA style we added champagne yeast during late stage fermentation to create a beer with an extra dry finish.
Riwaka Dip Hopped Hazy IPA / Hazy IPA / 6% / Riwaka
We chose to showcase another iconic New Zealand hop by using fresh Riwaka hops in a Hazy IPA, using the dip hopped brewing method. Dip hopping differs from traditional hopping techniques whereby the fresh hops and hot water are added to a separate fermenter and left to steep to produce a hoppy tea like solution, that is then added to the fermenter with the wort prior to the traditional fermentation process.

This allows us to offer distinctive, regional products at reasonable prices. We are a Local supporting Locals at Local prices. Although owners, Isaac and Kiersten, originally hail from opposite sides of the Mexican-American border, we consider our patrons to be part of our family and are always ready to go the extra mile to make your visit special.
